The first couple of weeks of 4th Grade have been awesome!!!! Miss Dority has had us do a few fun projects including the "Marshmallow Challenge".
In this challenge we were given 1 marshmallow, 20 spaghetti sticks, a yard of string and a yard of tape. The object was to see who could build the highest tower with the marshmallow on top. Ours was 51 centimeters and we won the challenge!!!!!
We learned that marshmallows are heavy, as you build higher they get more tippy, but most of all we learned how working together makes a challenge easier.
